An Overview of Building Wealth in Investment Real Estate

A 4-hour course designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills to become multi-housing investors. This course will delve into the logistics and terminology associated with investment, including Cap Rates, IRR, Loan-to-Value, and debt-to-credit ratios. Students will learn to navigate the step-by-step process, from project analysis and loan underwriting to the fundamentals of investment real estate, financing, and closing on their first property. There will be an opportunity to understand the BRRR method: Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat.

Amanda has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and has a passion for education and course development. In her role as the Chief Economic Officer for Tamaya Ventures, she is responsible for the economic growth and development of the 2000-acre Master Business Park at Santa Ana Pueblo.
